The scope of work included the strengthening of existing columns of the building using reinforce concrete jacketing system. A shoring system was designed to release the load on the existing column and allow for the repair and strengthening of the element. A French drain system and epoxy injection system on the existing walls was designed and installed to prevent and divert the water intrusion to the existing structural elements.
