River Crossing Co-Gen Units Installation @ 440 East 102nd Street, New York, NY: The scope of work included the structural assessment of the existing building to determine that the building can carry the imposed loads of a new container for a Co-Generation Unit. In addition, we prepared design drawings to specify the structural element required to support the new container. The unit was installed on the roof of the building located approximately 100 feet above ground.
