3333 Broadway is a residential building located in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Formerly known as Riverside Park Community, the apartment complex now known as 3333 Broadway is a group of five buildings ranging in height from 11 to 35 stories at 3333 Broadway between West 133rd and 135th Streets, in Harlem, Manhattan, New York City, United States. Completed in 1976, it was the largest residential structure in the United States. Together, the five buildings include 1,200 apartment units and were designed to accommodate nearly 1,190 families. The complex also includes the KIPP Infinity Middle School.

WRG Engineering was contracted to perform a structural assessment of the existing elevated slab to determine if it could carry the weight of additional garbage compactors. This assessment included a review of the existing

structural drawings and specifications, a site visit to inspect the condition of the slab, and structural analysis using industry-standard software.

Additionally, WRG performed a structural assessment of the existing garage and provided recommendations for necessary repairs. This assessment included a review of the existing structural drawings and specifications, a site visit to inspect the condition of the garage, and structural analysis using industry-standard software.

Based on the results of the structural assessments, WRG provided recommendations and design solutions to ensure that the building could safely accommodate the proposed additions and that the existing garage was structurally sound. WRG also provided construction drawings and specifications for the necessary repairs to the garage.
